After listening to journalist John Donnelly describe the work of PEPFAR, President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief, I’m particularly struck by the contrast between PEPFAR’s extraordinary accomplishments and the threats to its continued success. It's a story of American foreign assistance that deserves much more attention.
